All people

It's remarkably easy to get broad, widespread agreement of principles and truisms like "All people should have equal rights" and "All people deserve respect." 

The sticking point is how they define "people."

Truly universal human rights for all humans -- every single individual human life form -- is so radical as to be incomprehensible.
