Dopamine

I curse the day pop-wellness culture learned basic neurochemistry words. Dopamine and serotonin are often activated in someone's brain when the person is happy or enjoying themself. When you see an "explanation" of someone's behavior invoking these neurochemicals, replace it with "Because they enjoy it." People read books and browse the internet because it releases dopamine? You mean... Because they enjoy it?
